Breakfast Monte Cristo Sliders
Slider meets classic! Take egg, ham and cheesy goodness and nestle it between two Kellogg’s Eggo Pancakes, for a taste you won’t believe.

Kellogg's* Eggo* Pancakes Buttermilk

Ingredients
- 48 Kellogg’s Eggo Buttermilk Pancakes
- 24 slices Precooked Canadian or peameal bacon
- 24 slices Swiss cheese
- 12 eggs, lightly beaten
- ¾ cup Butter
- ¼ cup (about 2 oz) icing sugar, optional
Directions
1. Lay half of the pancakes on work surface and top with 2 slices of bacon each.2. Place a slice of cheese over top.
3. Top with remaining pancakes.
4. Dip each sandwich into egg to coat.
5. Heat some of the butter in a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium low heat.
6. Add sandwiches in batches and cook, for about 4 minutes per side until cheese begins to melt.
7. Add more butter as necessary.
8. Dust with icing sugar if using to serve.
