Eggo* with Avocado and Feta Cheese
Busy mornings require an easy-to-prepare breakfast that keeps pace your customers. This open-face breakfast sandwich fits the bill. Just poach, fry or scramble an egg and scoop it onto the creamy avocado mixture at top the toasty Kellogg’s Eggo Waffle

Kellogg's* Eggo* Original Waffles

Ingredients
- 24 Kellogg’s Eggo Original Waffles
- 6 Avocados, pitted
- 1½ cups Crumbled feta cheese
- 24 Eggs
- 1 tbsp (approx) Salt
- 1 tsp (approx) Ground pepper
Directions
1. Prepare waffles as per package directions.2. Mash together avocados and feta cheese; set aside.
3. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
4. Break eggs, one or two at a time into skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning once white has set. Cook second side to desired doneness and season with salt and pepper.
5. Spread avocado mixture over top of waffle and top with egg
