Krispie Cheesecake

Ingredients

Krispie Cheesecake
1 cup Krispie Cheesecake
8 oz Krispie Cheesecake
1/4 cup Krispie Cheesecake
1/2 tsp Krispie Cheesecake

Directions

1. Using an 8 inch springform pan bottom as template, cut out Rice Krispie Treat circle and place in bottom of springform pan lined with parchment paper
2. Beat 1 cup 35% whipping cream; set aside.
3. Beat together 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and fold in whipped cream until smooth.
4. Spread over prepared Rice Krispie Treat base and refrigerate until set.
5. Top with your favourite fruit topping.
